Venue

Once again, our venue for 2025 is the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow. We’ve been here since 2022 and it has really started to feel like home for us. We’re excited to bring the convention back here for a fourth year even bigger and better than before.

Here’s what you can expect from our venue and facilities. Where this page refers to residential attendees, this is any attendee who has a room booked at the Crowne Plaza. For the location and travel guidance, please see our Location & Travel page.

IconHealth Club

All residential attendees will receive free access to the health club at the hotel, including an air conditioned gymnasium, heated swimming pool, steam room, and sauna.

IconExec Lounge

Residential attendees who are staying in an Executive Room or Executive Suite will receive access to the Club Lounge at the hotel for the duration of their stay. The Club Lounge is situated on the 15th floor of the hotel and offers an independent seating area with complimentary access to a variety of hot & cold drinks, and light snacks.

IconBreakfast

All residential attendees have access to a complimentary breakfast on each morning of their stay, served in the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast times are as follows:

Friday - Monday: 6:30am - 11:30am
Other Days: 6:30am - 10:00am

IconFood and Drink

There will be a variety of food and drink options available at the hotel. Outside food is only permitted in hotel rooms and not in any of the public convention or hotel spaces. If you are receiving a food delivery to the hotel, this must be collected from outside the hotel entrance, not at reception, and must be taken directly to your hotel room.

IconCheck In & Check Out

For residential attendees, check in time on your arrival day will be 3pm and check out time on your departure day will be Midday.

IconCar Parking

Car parking is available at the Crowne Plaza at a special rate of £5 per day. Please ensure that your registration number is logged at the Crowne Plaza reception desk and ensure that the parking fee is settled prior to departure. This is available for all attendees, regardless of whether you have are staying in the Crowne Plaza or not.

IconPets & Service Animals

Please be aware that the hotel does not allow for pets under any circumstances; only service animals are permitted on site.
