Dealers' Den
Greetings, traveller! Welcome to the Dealers’ Den, a vibrant and enchanting marketplace where the creative spirit of the furry community thrives. This bustling bazaar is a haven for artists, creators, and enthusiasts who celebrate the anthropomorphic world in all its colourful and imaginative glory.
As well as our wonderful dealers, you can also visit our Scotiacon table where you can pick up all manner of convention merchandise and don’t forget to drop by our charity table and pick up something to support our wonderful charity!
For Dealers: How Do I Apply?
Den applications are handled through our registration system. Once applications go live on July 6th at 7pm, log in to your account at reg.scotiacon.org.uk and the option to apply will be visible. This will be available even though convention registration will not be open at that point.
Because we are opening Den applications early, you will be able to make an application without completing a convention registration first. However, if you are successful in securing a Den table, you must still complete a convention registration once they are available to be able to attend and claim your table. Cancelling your convention registration, allowing it to lapse, or not registering will result in the cancellation of your application.
You will be asked to accept the Dealers’ Den Terms and Conditions before you submit an application to confirm you have read and agree to them. You can read the Dealers’ Den Terms and Conditions here.
All tables in the Den are 5 feet in size. The convention provides the table, but dealers are advised to bring their own tablecloth. Dealers can bring additional equipment to display their wares on, but these must not exceed a safe height, tables will be safety checked by Den staff and their decisions are final.
Payment for the tables will be taken at the convention via card or cash before you are allowed to set up your table. Prices are as follows:
Two Day Table (Saturday & Sunday): £80
One Day “Reroll” Table (Monday): £35
The Den will be open at specific times on the Friday to dealers and their assistants only so that they can set up their tables if they have a Two Day Table. Those with One Day “Reroll” Tables on the Monday will be able to set up in a specific slots on both Sunday evening or prior to Den opening on Monday.
We ask that all dealers have their own Personal Liability Insurance (PLI) arranged for the time period they will be selling in the Den.
We also recommend dealers bring a bottle of water and something to eat in case they get hungry!

For Attendees: Visiting the Dealers’ Den
The Den will be open to attendees on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Check our timetable once it is published for specific timings. We will have two rounds of dealers for attendees to check out, one on the Saturday and Sunday, and a whole new roster of dealers in our Reroll session on Monday.
We’ll publish the map of the Den later in the year so that you can see who will be attending.
